Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We strive to provide the best care to our patients. As we continue to experience extremely high demand for appointments, we have revised some of our policies to better meet the needs of our patients and clients.
Our appointment cancellation/no show policy is as follows:
We ask for a minimum of 4 hours-notice so we may offer that appointment spot to another pet in need of medical care. If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 4 hours notice on two occasions, a non-refundable deposit of $80.00 will be required before scheduling future appointments and will be applied towards your pet’s next exam. If a surgical procedure is missed one time, a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 will be required before scheduling future procedures.
